As an independent dental practice, we are out of network with insurance providers, but as a courtesy to our patients we file claims with all commercial insurance providers.

Yes, our caring team understands dental anxiety and works with you at every step. We listen first, explain each step clearly, and use local numbing options when needed so your treatment can be as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
During your first dental appointment at Triangle Restoration Dentistry, you can expect a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options; occasionally treatment can be done the same day, though complex cases may require a second appointment. Please bring your referral slip and any X-rays, a list of your current medications, and completed insurance forms if you have coverage.
We follow strict infection control and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for all patients.
We offer fillings and restorations, dental sealants, dental implants, dentures, dental bridges, dental crowns, tooth extractions, bruxism treatments, full mouth reconstruction, cosmetic dentistry, oral cancer screening, preventive dentistry, prosthodontics, TMD treatment, and more.
All four of our doctors are prosthodontists: Dr. Scurria has been in private prosthodontic practice since 1999, Dr. Rosanna Marquez completed her prosthodontics specialty training at the University of Illinois College of Dentistry, Dr. Chris Presnell joined the practice in 2021, and Dr. Anna Mcilwain holds a DDS, a Certificate in Prosthodontics, and a Master\u2019s in Oral Biology.
Our team brings over 25 years of experience, and Dr. Scurria has been in private prosthodontic practice since 1999.
